The following items indicate the expected order of business and the sequence that they will appear before the Board of Adjustment.

Item 3. BA V-1937-02 Robert and Edna Todd Variance – to allow the
Existing garage to encroach
11 inches into the required
30-foot setback.

Item 4. BA SU 1935-02 US Army Corps of Engineers Special Use – to construct
and NC Wildlife Resources; and operate a multi use
NC Dept. of Transportation; park, The American Tobacco
Carolina & Northwestern Trail, with associated
Railroad Company; Town trailheads to consist of
of Cary; Wake County parking and restroom
facilities.
