The following items indicated the expected order of business and the sequence that they will appear before the Board of Adjustment.
Item 1: Call to Order

Item 3: BA SU-1958-02
Lee T. Mazzocchi, CP&L Special Use - to construct
Buckhorn Township and operate a 230kv electric
power substation.
Item 4: BA V-1961-02
Don C. Kennedy Variance - to allow a private
Barton Creek Township driveway to cross a drainageway
buffer.
Item 5: BA V-1959-02
Brunetta Taylor Variance - to allow existing
Little River Township residence to remain within
30 foot front yard setback.
Item 6: BA V-1960-02
Brunetta Taylor Variance - to allow existing
Little River Township foundation to remain within
30 foot corner yard setback.
