will meet at 3:00 pm the same day in Room 704, Wake County Courthouse, to discuss [S-49-02] Preliminary Subdivision Plan titled Hillington West, Sections 6 and 7, recommended by staff for denial.

a. [S-48-02] Preliminary Subdivision Plan for Britt Estates:
Request to approve the lot-by-lot subdivision of a 25.88-acre tract into 28 lots; located on the east side of Joe Leach Road, south of Ten-Ten Road; zoned R-30; Garner Long-Range Urban Services Area.
4. Preliminary Subdivision Plans (including associated variances):
a. [S-49-02] Preliminary Subdivision Plan and Variance Request for Hillington West:
Request to approve a preliminary subdivision plan for two sections of a lot-by-lot subdivision. Section 6 is a 13.22-acre portion of land proposed to be divided into 10 lots and has been previously approved by the Planning Board. However, the approval is nearing the expiration date. Section 7 is a 10.98-acre portion of land proposed to be divided into 7 lots. Request for a variance from Section 3-4-8(D)(9)(a) to construct a cul-de-sac that exceeds the limit of 900 feet.

Request to approve a preliminary subdivision plan for a cluster subdivision of a 51.09-acre tract into 50 lots and an 8.2-acre area that will be reserved. Request for a variance from Section 3-4-8(D)(9)(a) to construct a cul-de-sac that exceeds the limit of 600 feet.
