4. Consent Agenda -
Chair
[These are items proposed to be approved by unanimous consent - without discussion, and in accord with a submitted recommendation. They are limited to preliminary subdivision plans recommended for approval by the Land Development Administrator and not involving a variance, and items where a Planning Board committee unanimously recommends approval and concurs with the staff recommendation. If any Board member objects to unanimous consent approval of any item below (whether because of disagreement with the recommendation or a wish to discuss the matter further), the Chair will declare the item removed to an appropriate place on the agenda for separate discussion.]
a. [S-30-01] Revised Preliminary Subdivision Plan for The Park At Langston:
Proposal to subdivide a 31.76-acre parcel, zoned R-30, situated north of Optimist Farm Road between West Lake Road and Bells Lake Road and south of the proposed Southern Wake Expressway into 45 lots as a cluster subdivision. (Formerly submitted as S-30-00, this preliminary plan was approved by the Planning Board on August 1, 2001. The original plan, which had two crossings of the stream, was denied by the NC Division of Water Quality because the second crossing of the stream did not adhere to the State's requirement of avoiding and minimizing impact to wetlands. The revised plan eliminates the eastern most crossing of the stream. The number of proposed lots has increased from 38 to 45.)
b. [S-02-02] Preliminary Subdivision Plan for Ramsey Farms:
Proposal to subdivide an area of 40.5-acres, zoned R-30 and R-40 RC OD, situated on the eastern side of the corner of Marks Creek Road and Rolesville Road and a triangular section south of this intersection, into 32 lots.
c. [S-05-02] Preliminary Subdivision Plan for Highway 50 (Cluster):
