a. [S-46-01] Preliminary Subdivision Plan for Windy Hills, Section 4:
Proposal to subdivide a 19.75-acre parcel, zoned R-30, situated on the west side of Mal Weathers Road between Pagan Road and Sauls Road in the southern part of Wake County, into 21 lots. PIN 1607.02-55-2828 - recommended for approval as submitted.
b. [S-47-01] Preliminary Subdivision Plan for Legacy at Forty Two:
Proposal to subdivide a 55.97-acre parcel, zoned R-30 and Highway District, situated on the north side of NC Highway 42 between Old Stage Road and Barber Bridge Road in the southern part of Wake County, into 50 lots as a Cluster subdivision. PIN 0696.01-39-3890 - recommended for approval subject to the following conditions:
1. Show and label a 30-foot perimeter setback around the edges of the subdivision, except in Permanent Open Space; and
2. Add an asterisk to lot 47.
c. [S-49-01] Preliminary Subdivision Plan for Forestville Road:
Proposal to subdivide a 12.02-acre parcel, zoned R-30, situated on the southeast corner of Lillie Liles Road and Forestville Road in the northern part of Wake County, into 12 lots. PIN 1748.04-74-0747 - recommended for approval as submitted.
4. Approval of the Minutes
for December 19, 2001 meeting.
