Phase 2 of an existing subdivision, the parcel is located east of Hwy. 401 in the northern part of Wake County and straddles the Wake County/Franklin County line. Zoned R-40W, the parcel contains 12.09 acres and 8 lots, and is located in the Falls Lake non-urban area water supply watershed non-critical area within the Northeast Wake County Land Use Planning Area. The remainder of the land is located in Franklin County.

b. [S-26-02] Preliminary Subdivision Plan for Wildhurst (cluster):
Located in northern Wake County north of Bent Road between Churchill Drive and Bud Morris Road near Falls lake, and consisting of 99.79 acres zoned R-40W and R-80W, and is located within the Falls Lake non-urban water supply watershed non-critical area, the proposal is for a 59 lot cluster subdivision. c. [S-27-02] Preliminary Subdivision Plan for Upchurch Farms:
Located west of Jordan Road between Ten Ten Road and Sauls Road in southeastern Wake County, and consisting of 66.9 acres zoned R-30, and located in the Town of Garner Long-Range Urban Services Area, the petitioner is requesting a 64 lot cluster subdivision. PIN 1618.03-10-1690.

a. [ZP-818-02] Hunnicutt Property:
Request to rezone 1.97 acres from R-30 to CU-GB, located on the northwest corner of the intersection of Poole Road and Eagle Rock Road west of the Town of Wendell. The site lies within the Urban Neighborhood Activity Center as designated on the Southeast Area Land Use Plan and is within the Short-Range Urban Services Area of the Town of Wendell.
